We automatically collect data on how our users visit Hangar Waiting List, such as your IP address, location, browser, browser language, operating system, device identifiers, and cookies. 

Our website currently uses cookies to enhance its functionality. You may disable cookies in your web browser, but this may limit your ability to access Hangar Waiting List.

Policy on collecting sensitive personal information

The Aviation Planning Group, LLC does not gather any of your sensitive personal information, such as your social security number, driver’s license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or details on your criminal background.

We only use your personal information to help you utilize the Hangar Waiting List web application. This includes:

  • Creating and maintaining an account with us
  • Completing your transactions
  • Fulfilling customer service requests
  • Contacting you regarding updates to our company policies
  • Making all of The Hangar Waiting List services available to you in a convenient manner
  • Adding your information to the waiting lists, including sharing your information with the owner of the wait lists you join and the state aviation departments in which the airport is located.
  • General data collected from your information may be shared in the form of reports for statistical purposes. 
  • Non personal information may be shared for reporting purposes.
Length of time personal information is stored

We may store your personal information for an extended period of time, depending on how we need to use the information. For example, we’ll keep your basic account registration information and associated orders on file as long as the airports in which you signed up for waitlists have an account with the site.

Billing Process

If you choose to join a waitlist, you will be redirected to our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor Stripe. The Aviation Planning Group, LLC strives to ensure that all of its partners and affiliates maintain industry-standard privacy policies. Please be aware, however, that The Aviation Planning Group, LLC does not directly collect or store any of your payment information, and it does not control the privacy policies and practices of its third-party payment processor. Credit card information is not used for any other purpose by our service providers or us and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services.

Sharing Information

The Hangar Waiting List will not share any information to third party vendors or sites.

We do our best to keep your private information secure and safe. Most of your personal information is encrypted and is therefore protected from being accessed by outside users. However, data leaks and malicious attacks do happen. Please understand that while we do our best to protect your data, providing your personal information is at your own risk. 

Ability to decline to provide personal information

You can, of course, decline to disclosure your personal information to us. However, the failure to provide us with pertinent information will limit your ability to fully benefit from The Hangar Wait List and all of its offerings. Remember, we only ask for personal information that can help us fully provide our services to our customers.
